Shipping
Orders are shipped via La Poste with tracking. Shipping costs €15–€30, depending on the destination, and is complimentary for orders over €400 and all deliveries within South Korea.
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes.
All VOKCHOI jewellery is handmade.
As each item is custom-made according to the customer's specifications or preferences, including size and colour, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed.
If you believe your item is defective or you have any concerns regarding the size, please contact our Customer Service via My Page or Q&A within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Return requirements
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging.
Please note that the items remain your responsibility until they arrive safely at our workshop.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and keeping your postage receipt until your return has been processed.
Any item returned in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
Inspection and refund
Once we receive your returned parcel, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
