All VOKCHOI's rings are made in KR & EU sizes. Each piece is customized, so please make sure that you refer to our size chart below to check the right size before placing an order.

If you do not know your ring size
- Arrange a studio appointment by emailing us at vokchoi.official@gmail.com (temporarily unavailable).
- We highly recommend visiting a local jeweller and ask your ring size. If you have an existing ring, you can take it there and get the exact size.
- If neither of the options is possible, purchase an adjustable ring sizer on VOKCHOI's website and we will post it to you.
When you size your finger
Your ring size can be affected by various personal factors. It also depends on how loose or tight you want the ring to feel on your finger. Below are some tips.
- Measure the finger you plan to wear your ring on. Your dominant hand is typically slightly larger than the non-dominant one, so it is important that you measure the very finger that you want your ring on.
- Measure the finger when your body is at a normal and comfortable temperature. Being too warm or too cold will affect the size of your finger and the result.
- The wider the band is, the tighter the fit is. The ring size may differ for the same finger depending on the style of the band and your preference.
- If your size is not on the list, you are welcome to reach out to us. You can order a half or quarter size. Other sizing requests may be acceptable depending on the style.
- We do not recommend using the DIY methods you find online, as they are inaccurate.
Incorrect ring size
For any resizing procedure required due to incorrect sizing, a re-size fee of 30 EUR will occur, excluding return postage.
Some rings cannot be resized due to their design. In that case, we reserve the right to refuse a request for the resizing of the ring.
Necklace length
All VOKCHOI necklaces include a 10 cm extension chain, allowing for adjustable wear within each size range.
